About this blog
I am a product designer who has spent the last decade shipping at the edge of what is technically possible — first at YC-backed startups, now at the intersection of design and AI.
This is where I write about the parts of the craft that compound: prototyping fast, validating deep, and turning rough thinking into work that sells itself.

Who this is for

Designers and PMs who already know the basics. People who care about craft. People shipping into ambiguity and using AI to push their range, not replace their judgment.

What I write about

Three things, mostly.
Prototyping. How to ship higher-fidelity prototypes in less time. Tools, prompts, habits, and the discipline that holds it all together.
Validation. How to learn faster than you build. Interviews that actually move the work forward, synthesis that survives contact with engineering, and the unglamorous habit of writing things down.
Storytelling. How to sell ideas inside a company. How to frame a proposal that survives a skeptical PM, a busy exec, and a tired eng lead — without watering it down.

What to expect

One short read each Tuesday. Usually five minutes. Sometimes shorter.
No takes-of-the-week. No bullet-point think-pieces. Just things I have actually shipped, taught in workshops, or watched compound for the people I work with.
If you sign up, you also get a welcome kit: three Claude Skills I built for designers and PMs. Free, because the work is better when more of us are doing it well.
Reply any time. I read every one.
